We have put a lot of focus on making sure orders get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges
We’re sorry if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

1. Free returns are available for quality problems only.
2. Returns are available one time only.
3. After the refund application is confirmed, we will issue the refund within 3 business days. You may get a refund within 17 days if you purchased the order with a credit card.
How To Return an Item
1. Please contact Customer Service (info@uinfootwear.com), indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason for the exchange. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your payment account or exchange it with a new package for you after. Once your refund or exchange has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Return Conditions
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

So I started with a pair of their canvas slip on shoes, which I loved. Decided to go with this higher coverage bootie for fall and winter. Flip-flopped between this one and the felt style, but decided these print ones were perfect for stepping up my everyday jeans/leggings and sweater in the cooler seasons.
First: I ALWAYS have problems with any type of slip on due to having a very high instep. Added to that, my foot is wide across the metatarsal area with a narrow heel. I did not win the genetic foot lottery!
Just got the boot today and did have to wiggle a bit to get my foot in. Once in, the fit across the metatarsal area was comfortable! My heel didn’t slip. I have some bone spurs on my heel and I’m not feeling any pressure or rubbing there. I will wear them on carpeting for a few days and see how they accommodate my foot over the next few days. FYI: I sized up from a 7 to a 7.5 with the hopes of wearing a thicker sock in the cooler seasons, but unless they loosen QUITE a bit, they will be too tight with a heavier sock. Most days I wear a thin knee high compression sock, which will work fine with these. Also, these are NOT leather, they are synthetic, so I doubt they will stretch even a little bit. I think I could have easily sized up to a 8 and had a bit more room. They seem to run a bit on the smaller side of a 7.5. The ankle opening is fairly narrow, so I’d say if you have thicker ankles, these would be uncomfortable. Overall I’m happy with them and if I do end up purchasing the felt style, I’ll size up to an 8.
